We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ticketing operations including booking, issuing, and canceling tickets for domestic and international flights, trains, and buses
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in ticketing procedures
- Communicate with customers to understand their travel needs and provide suitable options
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements for customers
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing operations in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel regulations and requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and GDS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing procedures
- Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
