Engineers to join our team and oversee construction projects with a focus on

independently handling all activities and efficiently managing the required manpower at the

site.

Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for executing, supervising, and monitoring all on-site civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role ensures quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities while coordinating between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Execute civil construction works (excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc.) as per approved drawings.
• Ensure daily progress as per the project schedule.
• Supervise and manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

2. Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards (IS Codes, specifications, and project QA/QC procedures).
• Conduct checks for line, level, and plumb during execution.
• Verify that materials used comply with approved samples and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for cube testing, slump testing, and inspection approvals.

3. Measurement & Billing

• Prepare and verify daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and work done records.
• Assist in preparation of subcontractor bills and client RA bills.
• Maintain joint measurement records with consultants or clients.

4. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Planning Engineer for activity sequencing and resource requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and MEP teams for design clarifications and approvals.
• Communicate site issues, constraints, or design discrepancies to the Project Manager.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site (PPE, scaffolding, barricading, etc.).
• Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safety compliance of workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records for inspections, permits, and safety audits.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site logs, material receipt records, and site correspondence.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports with photographic evidence.
• Record and report any non-conformities or deviations from approved drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 28 years (depending on role level) in building / infrastructure projects

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of construction drawings & IS codes

• Understanding of bar bending schedules (BBS), RCC detailing, and quantity estimation
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / ERP (preferred)

• Basic understanding of site safety practices and QA/QC standards

• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Adherence to project schedule and quality standards
• Minimal rework and material wastage
• Accuracy in site documentation and billing
• Compliance with safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

l Salary: 50,000/month and above for deserving candidates.

l Location-Jaipur(Rajasthan), Delhi and Visakhapatnam

l Willing to relocate as per project location
