Job Description

We are looking for a Hub IN charge to manage and oversee last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics processes, rider management, and hub operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise last-mile delivery operations.
• Handle rider hiring, allocation, scheduling, and backup planning.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hub operations on a daily basis.
• Possess strong knowledge of localities, pin codes, and routes for operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively in the local language for better coordination with riders and customers.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in logistics/last-mile operations/hub management preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet operational targets.
