Job Description

Senior Technician in Laboratory Medicine performs advanced diagnostic tests and ensures accurate results for patient care. They handle laboratory instruments, supervise junior staff, maintain quality standards, and assist medical professionals in interpreting results. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex diagnostic tests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment regularly.
  • Supervise and train junior laboratory technicians effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze test data and prepare detailed medical reports.
  • Manage inventory and maintain adequate laboratory supplies.
  • Collaborate with physicians for accurate test interpretations.
  • Participate in research and laboratory improvement initiatives.
Skill & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of clinical and biochemical testing procedures.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced lab instruments.

  • Effective communication and team supervision capabilities.
