Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Member of Technical Staff located in Noida. The individual in this role will contribute to the development and optimization of software solutions, provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with other engineers to develop high-quality and efficient software tools. Responsibilities include analyzing technical challenges in electronic design automation, designing innovative solutions, implementing algorithms, and enhancing product performance to meet customer needs. The role may also involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to long-term product vision and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Programming (C/C++), Software Development, and Optimization
  • Strong background in Algorithms, Data Structures, and Problem-Solving
  • Experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Hardware Design, and System-Level Scaling is a plus
  • Collaboration and leadership skills for working in cross-functional teams, along with mentoring experience
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions
  • Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields are required
  • Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL is a plus.
