Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to drive our R&D Projects. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company and build the business from the ground up.
Qualifications & Expectations :
● Strong academic background ( IIT / IIM )
● Passion to learn new things and build things grounds up.
● Strong first-principle-based problem-solving skills.

● Strong program management and organizational skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
● Analytical mindset with attention to detail
● Proficiency in chemical engineering / chemistry.
