Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with the MES system


• Design reviews: Ensuring that requirements are traceable


• Development: Creating components that can be used across multiple batch records


• Training: Developing and delivering training materials


• Documentation: Writing protocols, reports, and other documents
• System monitoring: Tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
• Interface support: Supporting interfaces between the MES system and other IT systems.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel
• Customer coordination: Coordinating with the customer.

Tools / Skills

Software

Development
• Experience with MES/MOM technology in the solution architecture space
• 2-3 years of overall MES experience
• Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MO (Manufacturing Operations) concepts/systems & Plant Automation Controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.

Must have Understanding of ISA 95 guidelines

Soft Skills 1. Strong communication skills with both internal team members and customers. 2. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
