Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Team Leader to join our marketing team. The SEO Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance the online presence of our company and clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as traffic patterns, rankings, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to improve SEO metrics.
  • Create and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Team Leader or similar role in SEO management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and algorithms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Google Analytics or similar (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
