We are seeking a proactive
Business Development Executive (Bidder)
with proven experience in online bidding and client handling. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and converting leads through effective communication and proposal management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source new projects through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr
- Create customized proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand project scope and expectations
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for feasibility and timelines
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain records of leads and client interactions
Desired Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT business development or online bidding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of IT services and sales processes
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
