As a Campus Connect Officer at Moople Institute of Animation and Design, the candidate's primary responsibility is to act as a B2B sales professional, driving admissions by building and maintaining strong relationships with schools & educational institutions.

Required skills and experience:-

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a B2B/B2C sales role, with preference given to those from the education industry.
  • Communication: Must be fluent in spoken Bengali, with Hindi and English proficiency also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Establish and develop relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions to generate a consistent flow of student inquiries.
  • Organize and lead tie-up meetings, presentations, counselling sessions, and education fairs at partner institutions to promote Moople's multimedia courses.
  • Engage with potential students and their parents, both through in-person visits and follow-up calls, to promote courses and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly admission targets set by the institute.
  • Regularly follow up with existing and new contacts at educational institutions to nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Be comfortable with outdoor and field visits to colleges and for promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
