Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team. This full-time role is based in Muvattupuzha, Angamali, Idukki, Perumbavoor, Irinjalakuda, Malappuram, and Thrissur. The ideal candidate is a fresher with 1 to 3 years of experience, responsible for various billing and financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. A salary of food and accommodation and travel expences will be provided.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 to 3 years of prior experience in billing or a related field in the retail industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial statements and recognize discrepancies effectively.
  • Proficiency in using billing software is required for daily invoicing tasks and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to convey billing issues clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple billing accounts without errors.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail to maintain payment records accurately.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve billing targets.
  • Must have the ability to solve billing-related problems efficiently and in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate invoices based on customer orders and ensure timely dispatch to clients.
  • Maintain an updated record of all invoices and payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all client queries are resolved swiftly.
  • Assist with month-end closing and other ad-hoc tasks as needed for the billing department.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and prepare regular reports on billing activities to management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial files and client information.
  • Adapt to new software and technologies that can enhance billing processes effectively.
