We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our
Cabin Crew, Grooming & Placement

Department
at AirDivit Udan Academy Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Vishwavidyalaya.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the
    Cabin Crew Training & Grooming programs
    , ensuring students meet industry standards.
  • Design and deliver sessions on
    aviation hospitality, grooming, etiquette, personality development, and in-flight protocols
    .
  • Guide students in building professional confidence, communication skills, and a polished presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    industry placement network
    with airlines, airports, and hospitality partners.
  • Organize campus placement drives, mock interviews, and career counseling for aspiring aviation professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with
    aviation training standards, regulatory norms, and institutional policies
    .
  • Mentor and inspire students to achieve
    global career opportunities
    in aviation and hospitality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as
    Cabin Crew / Aviation Trainer / Hospitality Faculty
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    grooming, etiquette, and aviation hospitality standards
    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Industry connections with airlines and hospitality organizations will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for guiding young aspirants towards successful aviation careers.
