We are hiring for ON ROLE position.

Role & responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) every day
  • Operate machines according to standard operating procedures
  • Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality control standards
  • Follow work orders on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and use TG Scan for stock transactions
  • Account for materials used and produced according to work orders and quantities
  • Upload data in real-time to the Smart Measure Data software
  • Check and maintain machine condition according to the daily check sheet
  • Ensure that products are made to defined standards and tolerances with 100% quality
  • Clean the workplace and machines at the end of each workday
  • Maintain 5S and 3C in all areas
  • Report any abnormal conditions to the Machine/Process/Product Manager
  • Request and receive approval for leaves in advance
  • Maintain and calibrate quality instruments such as gauges, dials, tension gauges, master rails, and blocks
