Job Title: Trainer Mentor- Solution Architect

Role Overview:

This role owns the architecture of learning and outcomes. You will design, govern, and continuously refine the end-to-end capability-building journey across Java, Python, and .NET tracksensuring freshers graduate as industry-ready engineers.

Key responsibilities:


• Design and own learning paths across core technical modules.


• Customize real-world, domain-aligned problem statements.


• Run benchmarking and level-setting assessments.


• Drive peer and facilitator reviews.


• Provide evidence-based learner feedback.


• Identify top and weak performers using data-backed insights.


• Ensure consistency of outcomes across batches.

Key Technical Skills Required

  • Enterprise application architecture
  • SDLC & Agile delivery
  • OOP & layered design
  • Combination of Tech Stacks: Java/Python/.Net
  • REST APIs & web fundamentals
  • SQL & schema design
  • Git workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Prior experience in tech- training, tech-consulting, mentoring, or capability-building programs
  • Strong hands-on exposure to enterprise application development
  • Proven ability to design learning paths, projects, and assessment frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with fresher or early-career talent
  • Exposure to BFSI, Retail/e-Commerce, or Healthcare domains
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or academy-style programs
  • Background in curriculum design or learning architecture
  • Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles

Freshers, 20-30 students

Location and Logistics

Trivandrum Office; 9 am to 6 pm (Full day engagement)
