Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a unified social media strategy across
    Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms aligned with brand and business goals

.
- Set and track measurable KPIs for growth, engagement, and brand impact.
- Plan and oversee a diverse content
mix IP-based, campaign, and trend-led across video, static, and long-form formats.
- Maintain a
consistent brand voice

and drive creative excellence through collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Use analytics to optimize performance, discoverability, and audience retention across platforms.
- Integrate organic, paid, influencer, and PR efforts for cohesive campaigns and maximum reach.
- Manage and mentor the social media team, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient budget use.
- Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, track competitors, and translate insights into actionable brand opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • At least
    3-4 years of social media/ digital content experience

in a brand, agency or fast-scaling organization.

  • Demonstrable track record of building and scaling social platforms (especially beyond Instagram: e.g., YouTube long form, LinkedIn thought-leadership, TikTok).

  • Strong content sensibility: both short-form ≥30 s and long-form 5-10+ minute video; understanding what works where and why.

Excellent storytelling and creative ideation

able to translate brand voice into compelling multi-format content.

Proficiency with analytics

interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, making recommendations.

  • Experience managing teams and/or external creators/partners.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills- managing multiple platforms, simultaneous content flows, campaigns and timelines.

  • Up-to-date with the social media landscape- emerging channels, platform algorithms, creator economy, community trends.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand through in-house video content, behind-the-scenes moments, and social storytelling.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills (you'll interface with creative, product, marketing, leadership).
