Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Jaunpur. The Human Resources Assistant will handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as managing HR information systems, handling benefits administration, and supporting HR management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with employee training programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Training skills and the ability to support employee development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
