STEM Content Developer

STEM courses for classes 6th to 12th include Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Augmented reality, Virtual reality, Robotics, Coding, Data Science, and Drones.

Please find below the duties and responsibilities.

· Responsible for content planning and development for STEM education curriculum for classes 6th to 12th in alignment with New Education Policy 2020 and Next-Gen careers job demands, to ensure that school students' readiness through our platform.

• Setting up Standard operating procedure (SOP) for content deliverables and quality standards.

· Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.

· Developing STEM learning activities and hands-on material for classes.

• Determine appropriate assessments to provide data on student achievement to the schools and parents to understand their learning behaviour.
• Attending to individual student needs.
• Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
• Communicating regularly with parents.
• Providing extra support to students who need it.
• Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
• Providing regular feedback to students.
• Meeting with schools/clients for showing our product offerings and services.
• Hiring and training candidates and school teachers for a smooth business run.
• Maintaining daily reports for the management and internal team for regular work updates and progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• STEM: 2 years (Required)
