Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial planning and analysis, and generating financial reports. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, creating budgets, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. The role will also involve liaising with different departments to gather relevant financial information and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in reading and preparing Financial Statements
  • Experience in Finance and Financial Reporting
  • Strong proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
