About the role
I am a part of the Digital Centre of Excellence at Tesco Business Services and my role is to ensure that I will manage and monitor all the servers and platforms with vulnerability compliance. Also takes ownership to update and upgrade the platforms which includes Automation Anywhere, Uipath and Python. Both windows and linux servers manage with compliance in line with Tesco defined standards and guidelines.
You will be responsible for
Understand business automation requirements and devise an automation approach to ensure consistent usage and user experience
Created Detailed Solution Design and Review with BOT users and Operation Teams
Be Proactive and Build a BOT which is scalable and caters to future needs
Conduct Timely Code Review with Developers to ensure bug free automation solutions and adherence to agreed Solution Design
Create Scenarios for SIT & UAT Testing, work with Operations team to create sufficient test data for testing
Monitor Solution runs and Incident Management as per agreed SLAs
Perform Code Reviews for all solutions delivered by developers before deploying to production
Provide frequent and relevant updates to all relevant people and teams at all times
Support & maintain Infrastructure for Digital solutions, like version upgrades, setup, server patching, licensing etc.
Understand and deliver Change Requests received from users for all live automation solutions
Adhere to norms, guidelines and practices laid out for Digital Solutions at all times
Prepare and provide documentation for all automations solution delivered
Staying abreast of technology trends to drive industry best practices and advise on trends for adoption that benefit COE and Business
Review and assess new technologies as they apply to process automation
Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
Contribute to Digital Academy by building Knowledge base/reusable assets

You will need
Experience level - 4 to 6 years preferred
Domain skills:
Process Mapping and Designing preferred
Designing Functional and Solution Design Documents preferred
Technical skills:
Expertise and experience with one of the below tools
Primary Skills: RPA Tools Automation Anywhere& Python) & Infrastructure
-Vulnerability remediation and upgrade the environment
-Server Migration & Infrastructure Management
