We are seeking a confident, smart, and persuasive female candidate with a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential customers who have already shown interest in our products and convert them into successful clients through effective conversation and relationship-building.

  • Key Responsibilities:Engage with 50+ potential customers (warm leads) on a daily basis.
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and convince them to take the next step.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and customer records using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to provide updates and feedback on lead quality.
  • Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Hindi & English preferred).
  • Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support will be an advantage.
  • Performance Expectations:Approximately 50 new leads will be provided daily.
  • Expected conversion rate: 10%–15% (equivalent to 5–7 conversions per day).
