About the Role

We are hiring a Chargeback Specialist to manage dispute resolutions and chargeback cases for international customers. The role requires hands-on experience handling chargeback processes, documentation, and coordination with banks/payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end chargeback lifecycle for international transactions
• Review dispute claims and prepare necessary supporting documentation
• Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraudulent or high-risk activity
• Liaise with issuers, acquirers, and internal departments for case resolution
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
• Work with operations and risk teams to improve chargeback processes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in chargeback operations
• Must have experience handling international chargeback cases
• Strong understanding of dispute workflows, payment networks, and fraud indicators
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Graduation required
• Comfortable working from the office in Sector 20, Gurgaon

Salary

• Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (based on experience and interview performance)
