Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
  • Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
  • Assist in food and beverage preparation as per café standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area at all times.
  • Handle cash/ billing (if required) and process customer transactions.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented.
