Boys Hostel Superintendent

Delhi Public School Kamrup is seeking an experienced and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the well-being of students residing in the boys' hostel. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with students, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to enforce discipline with compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boys' hostel.
• Create a safe and healthy environment for the students.
• Ensure that students adhere to the hostel's rules and regulations.
• Attend to students' needs and address their concerns.
• Monitor students' behavior and provide guidance and counseling as needed.
• Organize extracurricular activities for the students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
• Coordinate with school staff and parents regarding students' academic and behavioral progress.
• Handle emergencies and report incidents to school management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the school management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Hostel Warden or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Physical and emotional stamina to work with students in a residential setting.
• Ability to enforce discipline with compassion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
