Role Description

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling cash, operating cash registers, and managing financial transactions
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and transaction handling
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in cashiering or retail sales is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage
