As a SAP MM Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of the SAP MM module. Your duties will include conducting detailed requirement analysis and system design to meet business needs, executing end-to-end project tasks, providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM applications, and troubleshooting system-related issues promptly to minimize disruption. You will also monitor system performance, conduct training sessions for end users, facilitate user acceptance testing, and gather feedback for future enhancements. - Conduct detailed requirement analysis and system design - Execute end-to-end project tasks - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM applications - Troubleshoot system-related issues promptly - Monitor system performance - Conduct training sessions for end users - Facilitate user acceptance testing - Gather feedback for future enhancements To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 8-10 years of experience. Preferred skills include SAP certification in MM module, experience with SAP S/4HANA, knowledge of industry best practices and trends in materials management and supply chain operations, and the ability to provide coverage in two shifts and on-call support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are also essential for success in this position.,
