Data Scientist 3Summary of the Role

You'll use data science techniques to uncover insights, solve business challenges, and support decision-making across Amadeus. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

In this role you'll / Your main responsibilities
  • Transform data into insights to uncover business opportunities using techniques such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, and advanced computing.
  • Collect and manage large datasets to perform meaningful data analysis.
  • Implement scalable data analysis algorithms in collaboration with data engineering team members.
  • Communicate and explain complex results and their implications to business stakeholders.
  • Explore and use internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
About the ideal candidate
  • Has relevant technical and functional knowledge in their discipline, with an understanding of how Amadeus' business connects to their area of expertise.
  • Applies established procedures and guidelines while contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Provides input to support team decisions and suggests new approaches.
  • Works with moderate guidance and support from their manager.
  • Typically requires 6–10 years of experience in data science or a related field.
