We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to work with our 6-year-old daughter, who is on the autism spectrum. The educator will focus on improving her daily learning, communication, behavioural, and social skills through structured and play-based sessions in a warm home environment.

Requirements:-

  • Degree or Diploma in Special Education (RCI-certified preferred)
  • Experience with autism, early intervention, ABA, or play-based learning
  • Kind, empathetic, and patient in handling children
  • Good communication skills in English or Hindi

Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct daily structured and interactive learning sessions
  • Support in speech, fine & gross motor, and behavioural skill-building
  • Create a calm and nurturing learning space
  • Coordinate with parents and therapists for progress tracking

Compensation:-

  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
  • Full-time educators: Accommodation & food provided
