About Kaarwan:

Kaarwan is a platform for short, affordable & interactive cohort-based courses for beginners & professionals in the Architecture & Design Industry. We have designed a playbook to create quality courses that teach the most relevant use cases in a hands-on & interactive environment. We are the first in India to build such a platform for the masses

Requirement:

1. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, customers to ensure proper operations of the organization

2. Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events

3. Work on operational emails and messages for workshops

4. Maintain records of workshops and their data

Additional Information.

• Experience in the Edtech Firm will be added as a plus.
• Minimum one Year of experience in a related field.
• Minimum one Year of Experience with Ms Excel or Advance Excel.
• Good customer service skills,
• Required Applicant from Non Architecture Background.
• Well Versed With Excel.
• Well versed with Email Drafting .

Qualification:Bachelor's degree From Non Architectural Background(Preferred).

Skills Required:

Customer Service, Ms Excel, Advance Excel,Strong Communication Skills, Active listener problem solving.

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
