About the Role:

We are looking for an analytical and business-minded individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is a target-oriented role involving telesales, customer interaction, and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain our product/services
• Convince and convert leads into clients
• Analyse sales data and suggest improvements
• Maintain customer records and provide feedback to management
• Achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Graduation / BBA / MBA Preferred
• Excellent communication, persuasion & analytical skills (Hindi/English)
• Target-driven & self-motivated
• Sales, telesales, or business development experience is a plus (Freshers Welcome)
