CTC : 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to guide design decisions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • UI Design: Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • UX Design: Ensure an exceptional user experience by focusing on usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and continuously refine designs for better user engagement.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design.
  • Coding Knowledge (Bonus): Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
