You will play a dual role in shaping content strategies for our clients while managing their accounts to ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content strategies that align with brand objectives, overseeing campaign execution, and acting as the key point of contact for clients to drive marketing success.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights), and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
  • Plan, create, and oversee content across multiple formats, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, whitepapers, and ad copies.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content assets. Utilise AI-powered tools and MarTech solutions to enhance content creation and personalisation.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.

Client Account Management:

  • Act as a liaison between Bunjy Digital and clients, ensuring their marketing goals and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business, industry trends, and marketing challenges.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality control across all marketing assets.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics and analytics tools. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bunjy Digital's services to clients.
