Position Name : Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their preferences and budget.
• Explain product features, gold purity, diamond clarity, weight, pricing, certification, and current market rates.
• Maintain strong knowledge of jewellery collections, new designs, and ongoing promotions.
• Build customer relationships and ensure repeat sales through excellent service.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate documentation for each sale.
• Conduct stock checks, count inventory, and support stock management processes.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and work with the team to improve overall showroom performance.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 2–3 years of experience in retail jewellery sales (gold, diamond, silver, or gemstones).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software preferred).
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under sales pressure and meet monthly targets.
