Job Title: Material Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Procurement / Materials Management

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities;

  1. Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials at optimal cost and quality.

  2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track material usage, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  3. Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply issues or delays.

  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory reports.

  5. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

6. Cost Control: Analyze material costs and suggest cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

  1. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on material movement, stock status, and procurement performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • 1-4 years of experience in material management or procurement

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of industry standards and vendor management best practices
