• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, setting coding standards, design patterns, and architectural direction.
• Design and build scalable micro-frontend architectures, ensuring smooth integration and development of reusable components.
• Advocate for and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices, ensuring robust test coverage and high-quality code.
• Develop automated testing frameworks to maintain frontend application quality and performance.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create modular, scalable systems in collaboration with backend teams.
• Lead the creation of cross-project app shells for micro-frontend integration, enhancing overall system efficiency.
• Influence technology and tool choices to optimize developer experience and attract top engineering talent.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration with product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams.

• Abilities: Able to lead and mentor teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across functions. Able to manage projects, balancing technical and business needs for timely, high-quality delivery. Able to influence technology decisions, promote best practices, and prioritize developer experience.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in shipping client-side JavaScript applications and RESTful API services. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and C#/.NET Core. Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, ) and tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, Jest, Cypress, and Selenium. Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Agile methodologies. Experience with micro-frontend architecture and API design.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Location: Bangalore.
