About the Role:

We are hiring a
Captain
for Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Meerut. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, well-presented, and passionate about delivering excellent service to guests in a lively lounge and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional attitude.
• Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
• Handle billing, payments, and guest concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards at all times.
• Motivate and train team members to enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a
  Captain / Senior Steward
  in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Smart personality with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
