Btl Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute BTL activities such as dealer meets, mason/contractor engagement programs, trade shows, exhibitions, product demos, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors for execution of branding activities like banners, standees, hoardings, wall paintings, and retail visibility materials.
• Ensure timely availability and distribution of promotional materials to field teams and trade partners.
• Support sales team with branding collaterals and visibility support for key markets.
• Monitor execution quality of branding activities across locations to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Assist in planning and execution of CSR-driven branding initiatives in coordination with the corporate team.
• Maintain expense records and ensure activities are completed within allocated budgets.
• Collect market feedback on branding activities and competitor presence to prepare reports for management.
• Prepare MIS reports on BTL activities and share performance updates with the Branding Head/Manager.
• Ensure alignment with overall marketing communication and corporate branding strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of BTL/On-ground marketing execution in manufacturing/FMCG/building materials sector (cement preferred).
• Excellent vendor and agency coordination skills.
• Creativity in developing and executing impactful promotional activities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports and presentations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills.
