Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, an American multinational consumer products company is looking to engage with a sales analytics expert.

  • Data Extraction & Automation:

Extract data using SQL from Snowflake; leverage AI and optionally Python to streamline and speed up data workflows.

  • Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation:

Analyze data from multiple systems (e.g., assortment, image recognition, order capture) to identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Retail Marketing teams across channels (DT, IDT, Ecom) to deliver actionable insights.'

  • Dashboard & Report Management:

Develop, maintain, and improve sales dashboards and reports; ensure they are user-friendly and insight-driven.

  • Training & Stakeholder Engagement:

Train sales teams on dashboard usage and integrate qualitative feedback to refine analytics outputs.

Skills Required

  • SQL & Data Handling:

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction from Snowflake; familiarity with AI-based coding and knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets:

Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets for business analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Business Intelligence Tools:

Experience with BI tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Sigma for creating dashboards and visualizing data.

  • Analytical & Commercial Acumen:

Ability to generate insights from large datasets, interpret business trends, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Data Storytelling & Communication:

Strong visualization and business storytelling skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
