About the Role-

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, generate reports, andprovide actionable insights that support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate willhave in-depth knowledge of Pet Pooja software and experience in handling MIS functions in theQSR/Coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports through Pet Pooja software.

  • Monitor sales, billing, and operational data across outlets to ensure accuracy andconsistency.

  • Analyze data trends to provide insights for improving store performance and businessdecision-making.

  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for reconciliations, stock reports, andvariance analysis.

  • Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and documentation for management reviews.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities through effective reporting and automation.

What We're Looking For-

  • 4–5 years of experience in MIS roles, preferably in QSR, Coffee, or Retail industry.

  • Strong expertise in Pet Pooja software (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level – formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
