As we expand our footprint and deepen our influence in the financial ecosystem, we're seeking a Content & Digital Strategy Lead who can amplify our brand story, simplify complex trading concepts for a wider audience, and build a powerful digital presence across platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative content and digital strategy professional to lead our content narrative across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial content, video storytelling, and brand building across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter). You will work closely with our founders, quants, and trading teams to turn complex data-driven topics into compelling content that builds trust, attracts talent, and enhances Ebullient market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content and digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision in Quant and HFT trading.
  • 3–10 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or financial brand marketing
  • Create and manage content calendars across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and the company website.
  • Produce high-quality, platform-native content—including short-form videos, reels, carousels, blog posts, infographics, and educational material.
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to craft thought leadership pieces that reflect the firm's expertise in advanced trading strategies.
  • Lead video storytelling efforts, simplifying complex financial concepts into engaging narratives for both technical and general audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social insights dashboards to optimize content performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and content formats in financial markets, algorithmic trading, and fintech to maintain relevance and authority.
  • Manage external partners (agencies, designers, videographers) and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Support internal branding and hiring campaigns through content that highlights company culture, leadership, and achievements.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
