Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect VoIP/SIP protocol–based systems with high availability and interoperability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex system issues.
• Lead and mentor a technical team of 10+ members, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enhance video calling systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience
  in VoIP/SIP protocol architecture and implementation.
• Proven expertise in
  system design and root cause analysis
  .
• Demonstrated
  leadership of 10+ person technical teams
  .
• Strong ability to produce
  technical documentation
  and
  executive presentations
  .
• Solid experience with
  video calling systems
  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of
  WebRTC
  for interoperability.
• Experience in the
  VRS (Video Relay Service) industry
  .
• Familiarity with
  Sorenson products
  .
• Exposure to
  AWS infrastructure
  for scalable deployments.
