Key Skills: Network Engineer, SDWAN, LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong network analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support, managing the highest level of escalations within the team.
  • Work independently on critical technical aspects of LAN/WAN technology.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, using trouble ticketing systems and incident management processes.
  • Design, implement, and support leased lines, WAN, VPN, MPLS, QoS, optimization, and high availability solutions.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, ensuring resilience and high availability features are in place.
  • Maintain professional industry-standard certifications (e.g., CCNA, NP, IP, IE) as an advantage.
  • Participate in operational roles, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in a NOC or IT environment.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in LAN/WAN networking and SDWAN technologies.
  • Experience with MPLS, VPN, QoS, and high-availability solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Professional networking certifications are preferred (CCNA, NP, IP, IE).

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering/Technology or related field.
