About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong exposure to
Agentic AI frameworks, LLM pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
. The ideal candidate should be able to work across the full lifecycle: Data preparation, model development, deployment, and optimisation, with deep experience in Python/ML frameworks and cloud-native delivery
(AWS + Databricks)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimise, and deploy
    Agentic AI solutions
    leveraging MCP and modern orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain
    RAG pipelines
    , model-serving endpoints, and production-grade LLM workflows.
  • Work with
    Databricks
    for feature engineering, data processing, delta tables, and model training.
  • Implement and fine-tune deep learning models using
    CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
    , etc.
  • Deploy AI models using AWS services such as
    EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock
    , and related components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Architects, Product teams) to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
  • Conduct performance tuning, evaluation, and monitoring of AI/ML models in production.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Agentic frameworks
    (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).
  • Practical experience with
    Model Context Protocol (MCP)
    for tool integration and agent orchestration.
  • Expertise in
    Python
    and core AI/ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of
    Deep Learning fundamentals
    (CNNs, RNNs, Attention mechanisms, Transformers).
  • Experience with
    Databricks
    , including:
  • Model Serving Endpoints
  • Delta Tables
  • MLflow or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of
    RAG architecture
    , vector databases, embeddings, and LLM lifecycle concepts.
  • Working experience with cloud deployments (AWS preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Bedrock model customisation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for ML (MLOps).
  • Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
