Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Control Panel Wiring professional for a full-time position at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for handling control panel wiring tasks. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our control panel systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with control panel wiring is mandatory skill, showcasing accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams to effectively plan and execute wiring tasks.
  • Experience in panel assembly, maintaining standard procedures and developing custom solutions as required.
  • Skills in designing and understanding panel layouts to optimize space and ensure functionality.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings necessary for accurate wiring.
  • Competence in performing electrical testing to verify circuit and system functionality under specified conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify issues in control panel systems efficiently.
  • Good communication abilities to collaborate with team members and report on project progress effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed control panel wiring based on provided diagrams and layouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate panel solutions effectively aligned with project specifications.
  • Perform consistent testing on control panels to troubleshoot and identify faults, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Maintain clear documentation of wiring processes and testing outcomes to support future maintenance or upgrades.
  • Work with procurement to ensure all wiring components are available and meet quality requirements.
  • Implement modifications or updates to existing control panels as directed by project needs or client requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure that all products meet internal and external standards before delivery.
  • Develop and adhere to timelines to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
