AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

RedPluto Analytics is looking for skilled AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about Large Language Models, NLP, RAG systems, and applied machine learning. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, build intelligent automation systems, and drive innovation across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Work extensively with
    LLMs
    ,
    NLP algorithms
    , and
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    frameworks.
  • Build scalable pipelines using Python, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related tools.
  • Implement end-to-end AI applications using
    FastAPI / Flask / Streamlit
    .
  • Develop and optimize prompt templates, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business problems into AI-driven solutions.
  • Perform model evaluation, fine-tuning, optimization, and monitoring.
  • Work with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Docker).
