Job Name: Lead – Tower Co SourcingLocation - GurgaonKey ResponsibilitiesLead Commercial Deal closure with ToCo Partners coveringsigning up for new tower products,renewals / revisions to existing contracts,signing up for new green energy initiatives / revisions to existing contractsDrive strategic agenda for Cost Optimization including site relocations, new initiatives to drive rental / energy cost reduction,Own War on Waste (WoW) targets ensuring execution along with internal cross functional teams and partners. Partnership:with Network team on new product framework / revisions to existing products to drive efficiency / cost Rental and Energy Cost Assurance teams to drive cost optimization opportunity via contract mining. Contract Management & GovernanceGovernance with all ToCo partners,Enable quick dispute settlement with Partners,Ensuring business support to network / circle teams to resolve all operational challenges on time and support within TAT dispute closure.

Partner Consolidation – find ways to consolidate portfolio with stronger partners / ink standard T&Cs with all circle partners to ensure risk management and standard T&Cs. Drive Process Excellence – standard MSA terms, SOP / guidelines to circles to business allocation to Partners. Drive Digitization focus on Tower Co sourcing, analytics & operations.

Engagement with Leadership on subjects related to Tower CoWar on Waste (WoW)New opportunities through MSA mining, billing analytics. Complete ToCo Opex control – Spend breakdown (all spend heads, partners), forecasts and WoW/Opex dashboards. Partner collaboration: Program for rental reduction / efficiencies / relocation of sites, etc.
