Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads or sales. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for sales or further discussions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
