Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant to join our team in Pune. This full-time, hybrid position requires a senior-level professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will lead SAP MM initiatives while ensuring seamless integration and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP MM implementation and support projects, with at least 10 years working in IT.
  • Proficient in SAP MM Lead and E-invoicing (Mandatory skill), demonstrating successful project outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, emphasizing improved business processes.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering to tailor solutions that meet business needs efficiently.
  • Skilled in blueprinting to outline distinctive SAP landscapes aligning with organizational goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including cultivating collaboration and solving conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in Change Management to smoothly transition projects with minimal disruptions.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations in supply chain optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP MM module implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering through to successful deployment and support.
  • Develop and execute detailed blueprinting for sustainable SAP solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP MM to enhance efficiency and business value.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and manage expectations proactively.
  • Contribute to training and development of team members to build internal SAP MM capabilities.
  • Support the change management process by ensuring user's adaptability to new systems and processes.
