Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to build and maintain scalable backend applications. The role involves designing RESTful services, integrating secure authentication mechanisms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions following best practices
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations
  • Collaborate with front-end teams to support UI integration (basic HTML/CSS understanding)
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth2, LDAP, and SSO
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth2, LDAP, SSO)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
