Position Overview :-

As a US Chat Process Expert, you will be responsible for managing chat interactions with our US-based customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while also identifying opportunities for lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and verbal English, with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :-

Manage chat interactions with US-based customers, providing timely and accurate information.

Identify opportunities for lead generation and business development through chat interactions.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement chat-based lead generation strategies.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all chat interactions.

Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat-based customer service.

Qualifications :-

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in chat-based customer service or sales.

Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms.

Experience in lead generation or business development is a plus.
