  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
  • Resolve queries, complaints, and requests effectively within defined timelines.
  • Promote cross-selling of banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.).
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service.
  • Follow compliance, company policies, and banking guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed).
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
