Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and requests effectively within defined timelines.
- Promote cross-selling of banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.).
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service.
- Follow compliance, company policies, and banking guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed).
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
